****Any Adult who has a student enrolled at SOD
may take 1 Free Adult class of their choice during
our "trial month" 9/14 - 10/14.
No experience necessary, open level for adult classes. Tuesdays = Modern 8:15-9:15
Thursdays = Tap/Jazz combo 5:30-6:30
Thursdays = Hip-Hop 6:30-7:30

Instruction begins Tuesday September 14th

Class size is appropriate with at least two instructors, if needed. It is important that every student receives the individual attention they deserve.
You/your child will not only be learning proper dance techniques & dance terminology but, more importantly,
having fun!
Stars of Dance is more than just a dance school - We are a family!
Not only do we provide classes for all ages and levels, but we also offer many school events throughout the dance season such as: Apple Picking, Halloween Parties, Holiday Parties, and various Fundraisers. We also participate in local community parades, perform at local fundraising events and charities, and we proudly support Hannah's Hope Fund Foundation.
This Summer our team members have had several opportunities and continue to perform throughout the capital region with fellow dancers from the capital district as well as with the Music Studio from Guilderland, NY. One of our instructors, Abby Todd, has choreographed many routines for these dancers including the Friday the 13th "THRILLER" which was performed at the Saratoga raceway August 13th. These performers were asked to come back and perform again at the Saratoga raceway on Labor Day September 6th.
In addition, Music video auditions were held at Stars of Dance for new singing star Anthony Gargiula which provided dancers from all over to participate. Stars of Dance instructor, Abby Todd is also responsible for the choreography for Anthony's music video, which was performed and filmed August 19th at the Altamont Fair. One of our 2010 performers, Dorothy Davila was one of the chosen dancers to participate in Anthony's music video, along with Miss Abby.
Congratulations to all the dancers who were picked for this great opportunity and for coming together & supporting the arts and eachother this summer in a fun professional atmosphere.
